4. Exercise and Sports Biomechanics/Human Movement/Sports Medicine (BM)
5. Health Promotion/Physical Activity and Wellness (HP)
6. Exercise and Sports Psychology & Neuro-motor Learning (PN)
7. Sports and Health Policy & Management (SM)
8. Sports and Health Tourism (ST)
Please follow the formatting instructions below when submitting an abstract:
· The abstract must be typed into the Abstract and Full-paper Submission form.
· The research is original, i.e., not already published or accepted for publication in any peer-reviewed journal nor in any book at the time of Abstract and Full-paper submission deadline (15th April 2025).
· The research has relevance for sport and/or exercise and its effects on performance and/or health and/or aspects of well-being.
· Abstracts are restricted to 300 words and Full-paper are restricted to 4000 words (including references but not names or affiliations).
· Statements like “Data will be presented and discussed” are unacceptable.
· All abstract content is the sole responsibility of the author(s) of the abstract.
· Receive your notification of acceptance or rejection in your email on 28th April 2025

All accepted Abstract and Full-paper Submission will be published in the eBook of Abstracts of
The 13th International Conference on Sports and Exercise Science, preconditioned the first author
has paid the registration fee by 15th May 2025.
Oral Presentation
· Oral presentations include a 10-minute PowerPoint (16:9) presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion. The use of your own laptop or USB stick is not permitted. Embedded videos are not permitted in the presentation, only external links.
· Oral presentations must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room one day before your presentation at the latest.
Conventional Print Poster Presentation (debated)
- Conventional print posters are in A0 (height: 118.9 cm (46.8in), width: 84.1 cm (33.1in)) size and portrait (vertical) format. Its presentation time is 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes of discussion. Poster presentations do not require a PowerPoint presentation. As a presenter of a conventional print poster. A pre-upload is NOT required. Poster patches will be provided on site.
